Do I need to pay a deposit?
I require a deposit to secure our time together. This applies to all bookings, no exceptions. I have spent the past 7 years building a well established brand and your compliance shows that you respect my time, and that you’re committed to honouring your booking with me. I require all deposits to be paid within an hour of confirming booking details. Failure to pay a deposit will result in disengaging from any communication, and you will be unable to book a date with me. Deposits can be paid via several methods.
These include:
– Bank Transfer / Osko.
– Beem.
– Universal or E-Gift card, where applicable.
– BTC.
With deposits, should you wish to cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice, you forfeit the deposit amount and the remaining full fee will be requested, as I’ve put valuable time aside for you. If you do not respect this policy, I will not accept a booking with you in the future. If you need to reschedule our booking and provide more than 24 hours notice, I am able to hold the deposit and put it towards a rebooking within the next 30 days. If you need to cancel or reschedule again within this time, you will forfeit the entirety of the deposit. In the rare event that I may need to cancel or reschedule our booking, your deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 1-2 business days.
